DCU Business Students Collaborate with HP to Tackle Sustainability Challenge and Win Innovator’s Toolkit Module Award
Great news! Our second-year business students recently participated in the Innovator’s Toolkit module, where they presented innovative solutions to tackle real-life problems posed by an organisation. This year, we had the privilege of collaborating with HP to address a sustainability challenge.
Out of the ten teams that were chosen to pitch their creative ideas in front of a panel of HP executives, one group emerged victorious, and we are delighted to share this with you! Our Marketing, Innovation, and Technology (MINT)students, Ava Gale Murphy, Beth Wyer, Kate Skelly, Olivia Hope Allen, Ruby Rowen, and Sophie Kirwan, were selected by HP for their outstanding work.
The Innovator’s Toolkit module is an essential part of our business degree programs, which aim to provide students with the skills they need to excel in the innovation process. Our focus is not just on generating ideas but also on demystifying the entire process and making it accessible to everyone.
As a token of appreciation, the winning team received HP laptops for their exceptional efforts. We are extremely proud of our students, and we are excited to see what innovative solutions they will come up with next!
