EAWOP Small Group Meeting

3rd September @ 9:00 am - 4th September @ 5:00 pm

EAWOP
Overview

Trust: The Role of Cultural, Sectoral and Contextual Norms in Workplace Relations

Through this group meeting, we aim to advance the state of the art in developing psychological theory regarding individual, relational, and contextual differences in trust expectations and norms.

As trust has not previously been the focus of a SGM, our interest in individual, relational and contextual differences as well as our focus on supporting positive workplace relationships will build on themes that have been discussed at prior SGMs.

Additionally, this SGM seeks to facilitate a cross-disciplinary dialogue that sheds light on how cultural, sectoral and contextual norms can influence how trust is shaped, interpreted, and enacted across different organizational contexts. We therefore encourage submissions from various disciplinary fields to inform a psychological perspective on trust.
