GET Mobile”, a mini-conference aiming to explore the benefits and challenges that remote working creates for both employees/professionals and organisations.
Digital technologies are changing the way we work and the relationship between employers and employees. Remote working can improve employees’ quality of life and productivity but setting up and managing a remote team may prove challenging. This mini-conference will provide practical insights about the benefits challenges remote working can generate for different stakeholders.
