This innovative two-year, part-time Masters programme is a collaboration between DCU and the Learning & Development Institute, Ireland’s professional body for L&D professionals, and is supported by L&D Skillnet, with funding available for eligible candidates.
Teaching is delivered primarily online, complemented by 2–3 in-person days per semester, enabling students based across the UK and EU to engage fully while travelling to campus only for key face-to-face sessions.
Hear from Programme Chair, Prof Claire Gubbins, along with alumni Margaret Greaney (Kerry Group) and Mark Dodd (Sky), and current students Sheila O’Sullivan (Ibec) and Paul Cassidy (Allstate Northern Ireland), who will share their experiences and answer any questions you might have.
