Enactus DCU
DCU Enactus aim to tackle the problems of today whilst creating the leaders of tomorrow. They create, and implement, social entrepreneurial projects which empower the project beneficiaries to change their own lives’ for the better.
Members develop the skills necessary to become the leaders of tomorrow – be it working for a corporate organisation, volunteering for a charity or setting up their social enterprise.

The startup society within DCU is all about promoting and encouraging entrepreneurship whilst giving the necessary support to those who wish to start their own journey! Running hackathons, talent fairs and brainstorming sessions as well as guest speakers to get connected with start-ups in Dublin.

DCU Enterprise Society
The DCU Enterprise Society is DCU’s Largest Student Society boasting over 2,000 annual members.ESOC promotes the spirit of enterprise – through exciting and groundbreaking entrepreneurial and social events in Ireland’s most forward-thinking innovative university.
In the 2019/2020 they raised over €13,000 for various charities- Temple street, Aware, Cystic Fibrosis, Irish Heart Foundation and they were awarded a DCU Clubs and Socs Award for the Best Charity Event- The Quest.
In the 2021/2022 Academic they bounced back from the Covid crisis with a great year of events and competitions, raising over €6,000 for the Charity Aware through their annual running of The Quest.
