The organisational structure of DCU Business School is outlined below. It shows how the primary academic activities of teaching and research are overseen by the relevant Associate Deans (who are members of Management Board) and related School Committees (Teaching and Learning Committee and Research Committee).
All academic faculty are connected to this management process via their Academic Groups, as Group Heads are part of the School Management Board and two representatives from each of the three Academic Groups are members of the Teaching and Learning and Research Committees. Each Academic Group includes a number of discipline clusters:
The Administration function of the School also reports to the Executive Dean and Management Board via the Faculty Manager and Director for Commercial Business Development (there are various subteams within the Administration Team – Programme Management, Marketing and Communications, Executive Education, etc).
