Dr John McMackin is Associate Professor with the Work, Psychology and Strategy Group at DCU Business School, and Chair of the School’s MSc in Talent, leadership and HR Strategy programme. He previously served as Director of Executive and International Education for the School. John lectures and researches on leadership skills, personal and organisational agility, organisational innovation and performance management.
His research has been published in, for example, the Academy of Management Review, Human Resource Management Review, and Applied Cognitive Psychology. He has been awarded a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, in recognition of excellence in teaching.
