Usochi Joanann Ilozumba is Assistant Professor (Contract) at DCU Business School where she teaches Business and Professional Ethics. She is currently a Research Scholar in Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business at the Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics (Germany) and also a Doctoral student of Business Administration at the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (Germany) at the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Chair of Economic and Business Ethics, all funded by Karl Schlecht Stiftung. She holds a MPhil in Philosophical Ethics and Anthropology and BPhil in Philosophy both from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. She also holds a BSc in Pure and Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Nigeria).
Usochi was a full-time lecturer of Philosophical Ethics and Anthropology at the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos Business School, Nigeria (2018-2021). She is a member of the Virtue Ethics in Business Research Group at the University of Navarra, Pamplona (Spain).
Usochi researches in the area of Business Ethics, Virtue Ethics in Business, Leadership Ethics and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in Business.
