DCU Business School Graduates Selected for Aer Lingus Pilot Cadetships

We are delighted to announce the selection of eight talented graduates from the DCU Business School’s BSc in Aviation Management with Pilot Studies for the prestigious Aer Lingus pilot cadetships. This achievement marks a significant milestone in their careers and highlights the high standard of aviation education offered at DCU.

The selection criteria for Aer Lingus pilot cadetships is highly competitive.  These individuals have demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication throughout their academic journey, making them ideal candidates for this esteemed opportunity.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all DCU alumni who have been selected for this remarkable achievement and wish them continued success in their careers as pilots with Aer Lingus.
This photograph was taken in Jerez, Spain, this week and shows 7 AMPS and 1 MSAL graduates as they begin their pilot cadetships with Aer Lingus.
There were 12,000 applicants for these cadetships.
No fewer than 8 of the 30 successful cadets are DCU graduates and, as you see, 40% are women.
