DCU Business School provides a €10,000 fee scholarship to be used for part-time postgraduate study in DCU Business School. The 30% Club is a global movement of international Chairs and CEOs who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organisations through voluntary actions.
The movement aims to reach a 30% female gender balance on Irish boards and executive management level by 2020. DCU is committed to addressing this imbalance by offering one talented female candidate the opportunity to further their career by studying a postgraduate programme of their choice at DCU Business School.
Athena Swan
The Athena SWAN Charter evolved from work between the Athena Project and the Scientific Women’s Academic Network (SWAN), to advance the representation of women in science, technology, engineering, medicine and mathematics (STEMM). The Charter was officially launched at the Institute of Physics on 22 June 2005, with the first awards conferred in 2006. The Charter has grown consistently from its inception.
